Je mets ici les photos de mon amie Elisabeth (!!!) qui s’habille comme l’Impératrice lors de Manifestations diverses. Les photos de ces Manifestations ne sont pas de cette année, mais je ne résiste pas à l’envie de les publier, tant elles sont magnifiques… Jugez vous même. La plus part des titres sont en Allemand car en français ou en anglais, cela ne veut pas dire grand chose.

I put the pictures here of my friend Elizabeth (!!!) Who dresses like the Empress at various events. The photos of these events are not this year, but I can not resist the urge to publish them, both are beautiful … Judge for yourself. Most of the titles are in german as in French or English, this does not mean much.

Pourquoi le 30 Janvier 2012 ?

Pourquoi j’ai commencé mon « Carnet » (colonne de Droite) à la Date du 30 Janvier ? parce que cette date correspond à la fois à l’ouverture de mon Site et à la Mort de l’Archiduc Héritier Rodolphe, le fils de Sissi. Pure coïncidence ou Signe du Destin ?… Personnellement je crois au Destin. De plus j’ai ouvert ce Site et cette Association en cette année 2012, année ou l’on fête les 175 ans de la Naissance de Sissi… Et tout ça n’a pas était voulu de ma part, puisque cela fait déjà 2 ans que je souhaitais le faire, mais beaucoup de choses m’ont retardée dans mes projets. Alors ???… Mystére.

Why I started my « book » (right column) on January 30? because this date corresponds to both the opening of my site and Death of the Archduke Rudolph, son of Sissi. Coincidence or sign of Destiny? … Personally I believe in Destiny. Also I opened this site and the Association in the year 2012, the year we celebrate the 175th anniversary of the birth of Sissi … And all that was wanted was not on my part, as it was already 2 years that I wanted to do, but many things have delayed me in my projects. Then??? … Mystery.

Un grand merci à Madame Dominique Paoli, pour sa patiente et sa disponibilité lors de nos nombreux échanges.

Merci de m’avoir appris tout ce que je sais sur Sophie-Charlotte Duchesse d’Alençon (soeur de Sissi), sur l’Impératrice Charlotte du Mexique  et sur la Famille  des Ducs d’Orléans (qu’elle m’a apprit à connaitre et à aimer).

Merci enfin, pour son magnifique cadeau ( qui m’a était droit coeur) son album souvenir sur l’Incendie du Bazar de la Charité où périt la Duchesse d’Alençon ainsi que des centaines de malheureuses personnes :

Alors, des Photographies ? Qui sait… Peut-être les trouverons nous un jour par hasard dans un grenier ou dans des Archives. Ce ne serai pas étonnant vu qu’ Elisabeth détestait poser pour les peintres.

So, Photographs? Who knows … Perhaps we will find them one day by chance in an attic or in Archives. It will not be surprising given that Elizabeth hated posing for the painters.
